Solo Stove Giveaway - Official Rules & Regulations
Eligibility: The “Solo Stove Giveaway” is open to eligible members who are legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older, unless prohibited by law. Non-Members, HealthCare Associates Credit Union (HACU) employees, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Terms and conditions may apply.
How To Enter: To enter, members can visit any HACU participating branch and fill out a Giveaway Raffle ticket entry. 1 entry allowed per member.
Contest Period: Contest period runs through October 31, 2024.
The Prize: A Solo Stove (Ranger model) estimated that retails for $199.99
Winner Selection: One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Giveaway Raffle entries received throughout the contest period. The random drawing will be conducted by HACU; all decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received (example 1/500 chance of winning if there are 500 entries). The winner will be notified by phone or email on November 04, 2024. No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted. HACU reserves the right to validate the winning entry. Upon HACU validation of a completed Giveaway Raffle entry.
General Rules: No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve the members chances of winning. All entries have an equal chance of winning.
By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these terms and rules (“Official Rules & Regulations”) and the decisions of HACU which shall be final and binding in all respects.
Participants agree to release, discharge, or hold harmless the sponsor, its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and others, engaged in the development and creation of this offer from any liability, claims, losses, and damages arising out of or relating to their participation in this offer, or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possessions of the prize received in this Giveaway. HACU, at its discretion, may change, terminate, modify, amend, or suspend this promotion in anyway, at any time, for any reason without prior notice. Tax Reporting: The Prize may be subject to tax reporting, where required by law. The recipient is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes on payout. Please contact your tax advisor for proper reporting procedures. HACU may be required to report the Prize to tax reporting authorities.
