Please be aware that if you choose to deactivate your My247 digital banking access with HealthCare Associates Credit Union, you must contact a representative at 800.942.0158. However, you can delete the app from your mobile device at any time. Keep in mind that removing My247 access or deleting the app will not close your financial accounts with HealthCare Associates Credit Union.

If you would like to request Deletion of HealthCare Associates Credit Union (HACU) Data on My247 Digital Banking please contact us by either phone or email to request removal of associated data with the user on the mobile app.
 
When you request the permanent deletion of your Google Play mobile app data, HealthCare Associates Credit Union will no longer retain any information associated with your My247 Digital Banking. Our data processor for My247 archives deleted user data to facilitate potential account recovery, should you wish to regain access to My247 Digital Banking in the future. This archived data includes information linking you to your credit union account(s) and personalized settings, but it cannot be used by the data processor to access financial accounts or any other protected information. The archived data is retained indefinitely for the duration of your membership with HACU. If you request removal of this archived data, it will be permanently deleted.
