With more than 30,000 members across the healthcare community, our updated look and feel is designed to reflect what members already experience from us every day: encouragement, practical support, and genuine care from a team that understands your world.

A brand built around people

At the center of HACU is our Care Team—the people you connect with when you bank, plan, borrow, and grow. Our brand isn’t just a new look; it’s a clearer expression of how we show up for members every day: guiding financial decisions, simplifying the complex, and supporting each step of your financial journey.

As President and CEO Joseph J. Kregul explains, “The foundation of the HealthCare Associates Credit Union brand is built on the relationship between our organization and the healthcare community we serve. Our HACU Care Team encourages, guides and supports our members’ financial journeys.”

Our refreshed brand brings more consistency and clarity to how we communicate, but the heart of it remains unchanged. It’s still about people helping people—handled with care, every step of the way.
