April 5th, 2020 Update:
The Des Plaines, Oak Lawn, and Winfield branches are open to serve our members with their normal hours of operation. Both the Naperville and Palos Community Hospital branches remain temporarily closed at this time.
Our branches are practicing social distancing so be aware that when you come in that there are markers on the floor to ensure we adhere to the recommended guidelines set by the CDC. Your safety and the safety of our staff is of the utmost importance to us. During peak hours, we may limit the number of members in our branch to ensure adherence to the safety guidelines.
If you are sick, caring for someone who is sick, or awaiting test results, we ask that you not visit our branches. Please call our Contact Center and we can help you with alternate banking options that limit possible exposure to other members and staff.

Due to the heightened health concerns in regards to COVID-19 and recent guidelines with the CDC, HealthCare Associates Credit Union branches will temporarily close. This decision was not easy to make, especially since HACU serves those in the healthcare space, but the health and safety of our members, community partners and staff continues to be a top priority.
However, our staff is working remotely to continue to serve your banking needs. Our contact center remains open and available to take your calls and serve you. Please know that you may experience extended hold times when calling.
You can also do a majority of your banking online and through our mobile app with My247 Digital Banking. In addition, we have over 75,000 surcharge-free ATMs that remain available for your use through our partner networks.
You can find your nearest ATM location by visiting hacu.org, using our mobile app. You can also find your nearest shared branch locations however, we suggest calling prior to visiting to see if they are servicing members.

MARCH 18, 2020 Update:
The Naperville Branch is temporarily closed. During this time our other branches remain open to serve you. We invite you to visit our Winfield Branch or one of our other shared branch locations. You can also access your accounts online through online banking and the My247 digital banking app. You can still accomplish virtually all banking tasks through ATMs, online/mobile banking – including remote check deposits and secure online loan applications. HealthCare Associates Credit Union is closely monitoring the evolving situation related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our team is meeting regularly to review the most current guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and state and local authorities in order to make proactive adjustments to our preparedness and response plan.
HACU will provide ongoing updates on our website and in communications to our members. Our goal is to keep business running seamlessly and to provide excellent service and support to our members. Our branches continued to be cleaned on a daily basis and if you feel you cannot make it into the branch; we offer many self-service options including My247 digital banking, HACU’s mobile banking app and our automated teller system.
